When I join a Zoom meeting, my picture is always several shades of purple. Who is the problem and who can fix it for me? I have no idea what is next which is very frustrating.

I purchased the Lenovo in August and I've had something wrong with the computer consistently. Sorry this didn't help. I did get the laptop brand new, with the drivers freshly installed and I did not make any big changes to the device other than using MS Office and Chrome. I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out. Here's the steps you can try. Once uninstalled, go to this link below and download the driver.
